Environment Is Everything

As you may or may not have noticed while practicing Diamond Dotz Therapy, your environment has a large effect on you and your mood. This is why the environment in which you are doing Diamond Dotz therapy is very important.





When you are trying to relax, your environment is part of the key. Although Diamond Dotz are amazing, you cannot solely rely on that to fix your problems. You must find a place that is peaceful and relaxing for you. Maybe this is the outdoors and you can listen to the birds chirping. Or maybe this is inside your room with headphones in your ears, listening to your favorite music. Whatever your peaceful place may be, it is important to find it and retreat to that place when you feel stressed or pressured.

Imagine trying to relax in a place that is loud and chaotic. Maybe you have tried to relax in such a place before. It is nearly impossible isn't it? Growing up, I lived in a house full of siblings, myself being the oldest of them. This meant that I was always in a loud and chaotic environment. There was little time for being alone, leaving little time for peace. Maybe this is similar to your situation. Maybe finding alone time can be very difficult. That is what I am here for, to give you advice.

Whatever your situation may be, you can find a quiet place to relax, even if you don't think that you can. For me, I found my peaceful place outside, in my backyard. My backyard had no houses or fences, only a large hill filled with trees. For me, that was peaceful. I used to go outside and just sit there, listening to nature around me, and occasionally the sound of cars passing by on the nearby street.

 No matter where that quiet place may be, it is important to find it. Once you have found it, you have found the place where you can use diamond dotz and focus on just what you are doing and not what is happening around you. This is critical. If you are using diamond dotz in an environment that won't let you stop thinking for a while, then no matter how much you use those diamond dotz, your stress level will not go down as much as it should.

So remember, the next time you use Diamond Dotz, start out by being aware of your surroundings and focusing on calming your mind and thoughts. Sometimes our brain can be our worst enemy, it is our job to put that enemy at bay.
